Under Construction
This class will introduce you to the pedagogy (how to teach), instructional activities (what to teach) and the principles (why to teach) of using multimedia in your lesson plans.
The general purpose of this course is for teachers-in-training to improve their ability to select, adapt and to implement a wide range of multimedia materials Over the course of the semester, the participants will learn about using PowerPoints, audio, video, worksheets, flashcards, and games.
Class notes from a previous semester are here for your preview and/or review. Please note that the PPTs may vary from current "in-class" PPPTs; especially in terms of page numbers, dates and similar kinds of minutia. To assess some files you will need your ID and Password.

Leadership (Attendance/Participation)
Attendance is mandatory: Participants who arrive to class 10 minutes or
more after class begins will be considered late. Participants who are late
3 times will receive 1 absence. Any participant who misses 1/4 of all
class meetings will receive an F. Mastery of the ideas and concepts of
this course requires engagement and discussion. If you are not in class,
you miss that opportunity to exchange ideas. Moreover, participation is
also essential. Just coming to class is not enough. I expect all
participants to be active in class discussion and lectures as well as to
complete all oral and written assignments.
